How It Works
How to Use Our Online Refill Shopping & Reusable Container Service
Life is busy...we get it. Buying in bulk, bringing your own containers, weighing, measuring...it all takes time, time that we know you probably don't have. Let us make low waste living for you easy and convenient. Start using our reusable container service and we'll take care of all the dirty work for you...literally.
How It Works
Place your order online, choosing your products, jar or bag size, and quantity. We have lots of helpful info for each product to guide your order.
We fill, pack up, and deliver your order right to your front door on specific delivery days. We deliver to select areas in BC's Tri-Cities and the Lower Mainland on Mondays and Thursdays. Cut off for each delivery day is noon the day before.
All items can be used in the refillable jars/bags provided or moved to your personal containers. If you're not ready to return your reusable containers from us on your next delivery day, you can leave them out with a future delivery instead, OR use one of our jar collection days.
You can subscribe and set up recurring orders, or simply order what you need whenever you need it. Leave out your empty containers for us to collect, sanitize, and refill.
Jar & Bag Program
We want to make this zero waste delivery service as easy for you as possible. Use our handy cheat sheet (shown under every product as well) to figure out how much you want to order. We don’t want you trying to do measurement conversions on a Sunday night!
Jars and Bags, Oh My!
Which to choose, jars or bags? If you have lots of your own containers, then ordering in the bags is best. You'll be able to transport the goods from the bags to your containers easily. Plus, bags take up way less space while you wait for us to retrieve them at your next delivery. Just remember to leave them out in your Fulfill delivery crate!
Jars are a great option if you don’t have a ton of free containers to put your goods into. Simply place your order online and then use what you need directly from the jar until you're done. Don’t worry if you're still using the jars from your first order and you're not ready to leave them out when your second order is delivered. All you have to do is leave out the jars and bags as you are done with them and we'll clean, sanitize, and get them back out there living their best refill lives!
We currently deliver on Mondays and Thursdays. You have up until noon the day before to book your desired delivery day. You don't need to be home when we deliver; just be sure to leave us helpful instructions on the checkout page about where we can leave your order safely. You'll also be notified by SMS/text message when your delivery has been made.
Please note: currently we provide our zero waste delivery service to the Tri-Cities (Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody including Anmore and Belcarra), Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Langley.
*If you have ordered Alcohol you will need to be home at the time of delivery to show proof of ID.
