Organic Gluten Free All Purpose Flour is made from organic rice flour and chickpea flour, blended with our organic tapioca flour and xanthan gum. It is a perfect choice for those who are gluten-sensitive or celiac. This all-purpose mix also takes advantage of the different properties of each ingredient, instead of relying on only a single type of flour to bring out the texture and flavour.
