Making your own crackers at home has never been easier! These tasty little bites also provide a great protein kick too. Vegan and Gluten Friendly. 

Ingredients: 

Chia Seeds
Amaranth Seeds
Sunflower Seeds 
Sesame Seeds 
Vegan Parmesan (Cashews, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, salt)
Oregano 
Cumin 
Baking Instructions: 
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Place the contents from the container in a bowl and add 1 Cup of water. 
  • Gently mix until the seeds are fully covered. Let it sit for 7-10 minutes until water is absorbed and there is none left at the bottom of the bowl. 
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • With a Spatula, spread the seed mix evenly throughout the baking sheet. It should fit the entire sheet forming a rectangle touching every corner.
  • Prior to putting it in the oven, use a knife to cut 8 (2x4) pieces so that it is easier to flip over.
  • Place the sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove at 15 minutes and flip your crackers over. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Let them cool and break into your desired pieces. 
  • Crackers are best eaten the same day but they can also be placed  in an airtight container (back in your jar!) and enjoyed anytime. 
  • if you want to re crisp your crackers, simply place in the oven again for a few minutes.
